            Specifically, Mr. Louis Charles Hamilton II, Company “De Chavez Construction Co.” was retained by Porter International Construction, L.L.C.  Lavern Smith Jr.  for to execute (6) section of 20x20 from center of expansion Joint 5 foot each side thereof 20x30 saw cut, at 7inces depth, break out & pour back with

 4000psi concrete with a light broom finish, with rebar # 4 set and one entire road panel completely removed as required to comply with construction blueprint plans for Bluejack National Golf Club @ 4430 South Farm to Market 1486, Montgomery, Texas, 77316

            Specifically, Mr. Louis Charles Hamilton II, on June 9th 2015 at the 11:00 am hour throughout 9:00pm hour work on the Job, in cutting out the concrete roads but was misinformed, lie to, and used to performed excessive work as described largely due in fact and circumstances that Specifically, Porter International Construction, L.L.C.

Being 100% substandard, quite hostile with De Chavez Construction over their own fault in their combine failure with all sub-contractors hired thereof performing the Concrete phase @ Bluejack National Golf Club 4430 South Farm to Market 1486, Montgomery, Texas, 77316

Specifically, 6000 feet of all concrete roads @ Bluejack National Golf Club approximately as showing in all the pictures (I) taken, posted on line, and personally examine by “Louis Charles Hamilton II” De Chavez Construction Co. and required to break out and fix the most outlandish areas of such substandard application in Concrete Construction

Specifically, 6000 feet of all concrete roads @ Bluejack National Golf Club approximately as showing in all the pictures has hidden  underground air pockets, and pot holes, now sealed in 8-10 inches of substandard concrete application to include

 To include that Specifically, Porter International Construction, L.L.C.  Huge failure to grade these roads proper beforehand but (only) just did a quick Concrete construction which the roads are 20ft. wide in forming, on both sides of the roads and the Concrete Crew went for it

Regardless of the enormous waste in concrete @ 6000 feet of all concrete roads @ Bluejack National Golf Club in excess of the required 7 inches making a major financial wastes in this area alone in yards of concrete in excess of 800 yards of concrete at a cost of $110 per yard or $88,000.00

In excess of 7 inches lost in concrete excess as described in the original Construction blueprints @ Bluejack National Golf Club 4430 South Farm to Market 1486, Montgomery, Texas, 77316
