            On 04/17/2000, Barra Lp, did a resale of “616 Bourne Court, Danville (Unincorporated), CA 94506 namely a property being described as a party to this “civil action” which was sold to “Hugh Afshar” a (Real estate agent) and owner of “Arya Inc.” as described in Pro Se Plaintiff “Louis Charles Hamilton II” herein, Co- Plaintiff(s) “United States of America” et al and Co-Plaintiff(s) “State of Texas” et al attached exhibit (A) herein “Hugh Afshar” a (Real estate agent) and owner of “Arya Inc.” and also

 Barra Lp, to did a factual resale of the same “616 Bourne Court, Danville (Unincorporated), CA 94506 also to Benjat Afshar” on the same date of 04/17/2000,

 As described in Pro Se Plaintiff “Louis Charles Hamilton II” herein, Co- Plaintiff(s) “United States of America” et al And Co-Plaintiff(s) “State of Texas” et al attached exhibit (B) herein “sales history” of  “616 Bourne Court”, Danville (Unincorporated), CA 94506.

“Hugh Afshar” same (Real estate agent) and owner of “Arya Inc.” and Benjat Afshar” on 10/11/2001 sold the same “616 Bourne Court”, Danville (Unincorporated), CA 94506 to “Arya Inc.” whom being “one in the same” “Hugh Afshar” the same (Real estate agent) and owner of “Arya Inc.” whom brought same property previously from Barra Lp, on 04/17/2000

(Namely) “Hugh Afshar” owner of Arya Inc,” selling the same property to himself…. Being namely “Arya Inc.” sold “616 Bourne Court”, Danville (Unincorporated), CA 94506 to “Hugh Afshar” (Real estate agent) and Behjat Afshar” on 10/11/2001.

            On 01/05/2006 “Hugh Afshar” (Real estate agent) Behjat Afshar and Benjat Afshar” sold the same “616 Bourne Court”, Danville (Unincorporated), CA 94506 to “Vijay Khare and Rishu Khare”

However the property at this time was under direct ownership of “Arya Inc.”  As described in Pro Se Plaintiff “Louis Charles Hamilton II” herein, Co- Plaintiff(s) “United States of America” et al And Co-Plaintiff(s) “State of Texas” et al attached exhibit (B) showing ownership on 10/11/2001 that “Arya Inc.” of “616 Bourne Court”, Danville (Unincorporated), CA 94506

but (crafty) somehow “Hugh Afshar” (Real estate agent), Behjat Afshar, and Benjat Afshar” other than actual ownership “Arya Inc.” did in fact make said (sketchy) sell of the same “616 Bourne Court”, Danville (Unincorporated), CA 94506 on 01/05/2006 to Co-Defendant(s) “Vijay Khare and Rishu Khare”

As described in Pro Se Plaintiff “Louis Charles Hamilton II” herein, Co- Plaintiff(s) “United States of America” et al And Co-Plaintiff(s) “State of Texas” et al attached exhibit (B) herein “sales history” of  “616 Bourne Court”, Danville (Unincorporated), CA 94506.

            On 01/05/2006 “Hugh Afshar” (Real estate agent), Behjat Afshar, and Benjat Afshar” herein sold for exactly $1,075,000.00 U.S. Dollars the said same “616 Bourne Court”, Danville (Unincorporated), CA 94506 to Co-Defendant(s) “Vijay Khare and Rishu Khare” whom then Co-Defendant(s) herein “Vijay Khare and Rishu Khare” as described in Pro Se Plaintiff “Louis Charles Hamilton II” herein, Co- Plaintiff(s) “United States of America” et al

And Co-Plaintiff(s) “State of Texas” et al attached exhibit (B) herein “sales history” of “616 Bourne Court”, Danville (Unincorporated), CA 94506 clearly showing Co-Defendant(s) “Vijay Khare and Rishu Khare” then sold said property “616 Bourne Court”, Danville (Unincorporated), CA 94506 after making a purchase for $1,075,000.00 U.S. Dollars which then they collectively sold the same

“616 Bourne Court”, Danville (Unincorporated), CA 94506 to none other than Co-Defendant(s) “Vijay Khare and Rishu Khare” being “themselves” for a none disclosed amount on 11/01/2009 after buying said property “616 Bourne Court”, Danville (Unincorporated), CA 94506 $1,075,000.00 U.S. Dollars on 11/01/2009.
