Princeton was not alone in hitting up slave owners and traders for money
and students. So did:

- Yale,
- Penn,
- Columbia,

- Dartmouth and the
- University of Delaware.

Honorable Justice” the Defendant “The United States of America” on Union Army of We Thee continue abused (Negro)
Race of (America)soldiers faced additional difficulties created by “racial
prejudice”.
Although many ” We Thee
continue abused (Negro) Race of (America) served in the infantry and artillery,
discriminatory practices resulted in large numbers of We Thee continue abused
(Negro) Race of (America) soldiers being assigned to perform non-combat,
support duties as cooks, laborers, and teamsters.

deducted for clothing.
